The Opportunity

Ally’s Auto Pricing Team develops and delivers industry leading rates and residuals while optimizing economics.  The role supports the deployment of accurate rates and residuals as well as facilitates communication across the Auto Pricing Teams.  This role also acts as a liaison between various Auto Pricing teams, Governance, Risk and Audit teams as well as our business continuity and records keeping partners. The Work Itself

  • Support the documentation of various auto pricing processes and procedures that focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and mitigating risk
  • Develop materials and conduct regular engagement activities to ensure understanding across Pricing Teams
  • Build analytical processes to measure performance of in market pricing and residual activities
  • Create and maintain an Auto Pricing Governance repository
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, create, and manage processes and procedures as well as assist with audit materials
  • Optimize and streamline processes for continuous improvement
  • Support the validation of residual stakeholder files and assist with timely implementation / deployment of rates and residuals for use by internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively prioritize workload and manage numerous projects concurrently

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple changes and consistently deliver accurate results
  • Must be flexible and can multi-task
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and develop creative solutions
