The Opportunity

The Treasury Innovation and Integration Group manages the integration and implementation of analytics, technology & data transformation strategies for Ally’s Treasury Group.   The group’s primary goal is to partner with Treasury SME’s, Corporate Technology and FMA developers to support Ally’s Finance and Treasury specific transformation efforts.  Additional responsibilities include identifying and defining high-value analytic and technology use cases based on in-depth understanding of Treasury’s business needs while managing development, implementation and governance routines, promoting effective communication and partnership among key stakeholders.

The Work Itself

  • Support integration of analytics, data and technology strategies for Ally’s Treasury Group as part of the ongoing Finance and Treasury Transformation efforts.
  • Governance Center of Excellence for Treasury - support management of governance routines to prioritize enhancements and changes related to Transformation efforts.
  • Provide effective communication between developers and Treasury group stakeholders (including BL Risk, IRM and Audit).
  • Support communication efforts to provide progress updates to key stakeholders, including Treasury and CFO Group leadership.
  • Gather, document, and develop business and functional requirements, process flows and data/analytics requirements for critical Treasury initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop test scenarios and coordinate user testing.
  • Responsible for preparation of required Treasury reporting deliverables (including but not limited to ALCO and ERMC processes)

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related area, with 1+ years related working experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Proven, strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills, specifically in Excel
  • Fast aptitude to learn software programs
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ethics and work aptitude
  • Team player with the ability to self-start and work independently
