Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

As a Remarketing Associate Analyst you will provide quality and efficient service by handling the highest priority tasks related to the remarketing of vehicles on behalf of Ally’s clients. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service for Ally’s Remarketing clients, ensuring efficient process execution, providing reporting and analysis as requested by the client, and handling client performance discussions on a regular basis. Through the entire process you will be in regular communication with clients, suppliers, team members, and Ally auction personnel.

What is Third Party Remarketing (3pr)? We prepare and manage the inventory of Ally Third Party Remarketing Client's retail and lease vehicles, which includes: Vehicle Return Management, Transportation Logistics, Inspection, Title Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Online and Physical Auction Sales, Proceeds reconciliation and disbursement.

The Work Itself

  • Manage client’s vehicle inventory portfolio to maximize sales proceeds
  • Maintain effective communication with client’s, suppliers, auctions, and other team members
  • Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs.
  • Obtain information from clients, request and review vehicle inspection reports, work closely with auction personnel to prepare and offer vehicles for sale, and complete funds settlement with clients
  • Verify book value based on condition and recommend floor prices to clients utilizing the applicable reporting source
  • Ensure that all vehicles are remarketed in accordance to department KPIs
  • Complete additional projects and/or duties as requested or required
  • Manages risk relative to position

The Skills You Bring

  • Prior experience in Remarketing preferred
  • Auto finance experience is preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods
  • Basic data entry and word processing skills
  • Quality Control oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail

Base Pay Range: $47840 - $75000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
