Senior Marketing Delivery Management Specialist .
Ally and Your Career
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, Marketing Delivery Management, to help run the unified project delivery engine behind Ally's internal creative teams. This is a newly merged team built on a simple idea: one front door, one sizing model, clear capacity, predictable delivery, with brand integrity protected at every step. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivery and project management who wants to develop their career in this space. This role independently owns end-to-end delivery for assigned creative work with minimal guidance, distinguishing it from a coordinator or specialist who supports under direction.
You'll flex across the internal creative teams we support, owning end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of creative work, from briefing through final asset handoff. You understand how digital and brand creative gets made, you've worked with marketing teams as the client, and you know how to keep work moving at a sustainable pace for the teams doing the work. You'll partner closely with marketing partners, creative leads, and your delivery teammates to set realistic timelines, surface risks early, and make sure work lands on time and on brief. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence, reporting to the Marketing Delivery Manager.
The Work Itself
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned creative work across our internal creative teams, from intake through final asset delivery
- Translate marketing briefs into clear creative requirements, deliverables, and timelines that align to brand standards and channel specs
- Lead scope planning, facilitate creative briefings, partner with creative teams through the build, and shepherd final asset delivery
- Coordinate across marketing partners, creative teams, and downstream channel owners to remove blockers and clarify dependencies
- Proactively identify risks to scope, timeline, or quality and escalate with context and recommended next steps
- Manage day-to-day assignment of work to creative resources in partnership with creative leads
- Use the team's workflow tools to manage intake, track progress, and maintain visibility into delivery status
- Contribute to the team's shared sizing, capacity, and reporting practices as the unified model matures
- Spot patterns and surface process improvements that make the delivery experience better for marketing partners and creative teams
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management experience, ideally supporting an in-house or agency creative team
- Working knowledge of how creative gets built (briefing, concepting, design, copy, QA, delivery) and what good looks like at each step
- Experience partnering with marketing teams as the client and translating business needs into clear creative direction
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills; comfortable working across creative, marketing, and operations partners
- Calm under pressure with a track record of flagging risks early and driving toward clear resolution with composure
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to set expectations, give status, and navigate difficult conversations professionally
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail across a high volume of concurrent work
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Experience with capacity planning, point-based sizing, or other estimation models
- Fluency in Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar workflow tools
- Experience building or maintaining delivery dashboards and reporting on monthly actuals vs. plan
- Familiarity with creative review/approval tools (e.g., PageProof)
