The Opportunity

The role will support an initiative for the Auto Finance operation specifically for the Intelligent Capture Recognition/Optical Character Recognition Kofax Total Agility project.  Ally is seeking a dedicated and focused professional to assist in developing and supporting the product offering.  As a member of our Product Management team, you will be required to respond quickly to business opportunities as they arise while maintaining day-to-day operational activities.  Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the development and business teams to ensure the product is operating to business standards.

The Work Itself

 ·       Perform Kofax Total Agility (KTA)  configuration including document classification, extraction, scripting, locators, conflict resolution, process, project flow and job implementation.

·      Provide technical and analytical guidance and recommend solutions to problems.

·     Develop analytical methods to assess KTA performance and behavior related to online learning, classification, and extraction.

·      Develop tools and metrics to measure and monitor expected versus actual using the KAFTA (analytics) tool.

·      Participate in system testing activities related to infrastructure solutions.

·      Create technical documentation to ensure effective operations/support of the infrastructure solution.




The Skills You Bring

·         3+ years in auto financial services industry preferred.

·         3+ years Kofax/ KTA Total Agility, Total Capture and Transformation Designer preferred.

·         1 year leadership experience preferred.

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred.

·         Candidate should have programming experience and must be flexible and eager to learn new processes and systems, exhibit critical thinking skills, possess problem solving abilities, and remain comfortable in a changing environment.

·         SAS or SQL experience preferred.

·         Advanced knowledge of PC applications, including extensive knowledge of Excel and the suite of MS Office programs.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using the KAFTA reporting tool. Ability to work with imperfect data and apply sound financial assumptions to derive meaningful results.

·         Experience with business and statistical analyses including regression analysis using the KAFTA tool highly preferred.
