We're looking for a passionate analytics professional with great communication skills for our . This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability. The Work Itself
· Identify key questions, problems, opportunities and growth areas in regions of the Ally Auto Finance business.
· Spearhead and build out advanced analytics within Sales to provide strategic insights for the business.
· Analyze and identify opportunity segments in market share, promotions and dealer rewards, post-mortem analysis, and OEM analysis to drive business growth.
· Work cross functionally with Business, Pricing , Product, Sales, Risk, Servicing teams to strategically grow a profitable business
· Participate in monthly DOS forums and field calls to stay up to date with the latest industry trends, opportunities, and region performance.
· Develop, implement, and execute regional strategies aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and driving market share growth.
· Conduct comprehensive analysis of core processes within the regional sales organization to enhance operational support, evaluate effectiveness and efficiency, and conduct deep dives into the key business drivers.
· Effectively story board your findings and present at Quarterly Regional Roundtables and Leadership meetings to inform key stakeholders of business performance and opportunities for growth.
