The Work Itself
- Participate in the strategic planning process of developing targeted multi-channel campaigns (acquisition, customer nurture, engagement) within a new SAS environment.
- Lead the execution and project management of targeted marketing campaigns using detailed customer data, legal and regulatory requirements, statistical models, and business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, executable requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee automated campaigns to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and performance.
- Develop updated documentation for campaign execution process while recommending process improvements.
- Conduct detail-oriented team audits of all deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy of campaign data.
- Support ongoing acquisition and engagement campaigns to drive customer growth and retention.
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience in Marketing
- Strong technical experience leveraging relational databases via programs SAS EG, SAS Viya, SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake
- Experience in campaign management
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in financial services
- Experience with system migrations and/or platform integrations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and campaign accuracy
