The Opportunity
The Sales Alliance Specialist role will support the field sales organization and channel strategies by developing and maintaining sales data and ensuring the information is readily accessible. The role will be responsible for monitoring trends and tracking results to identify areas of opportunity or risk, elevating risk issues appropriately to management, and preparing cyclical enterprise-wide sales reporting in the form of Power Bi dashboards and analyses.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to analyze quantitative information presented in a variety of formats. This position will also spend a significant amount of time participating in the development and maintenance of data interfaces between various information warehouses/reporting systems.
The Work Itself
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc data and ensures the information is readily accessible to the field sales organization.
- Develop and maintain data designed to trend and track application and volume trends to aid in the identification of market opportunitites.
- Communication with sales organization to support corporate objectives.
- Communication with matrix partners and internal stakeholders to request or follow-up with required information; escalate high risk issues to management.
The Skills You Bring
- 1 + years in customer service or financial services industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
- Ability to perform technical based activities and simple data analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL language & familiarity with Snowflake.
- Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental financial theories, principles and concepts.
- Ability to leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
- Working understanding of dealership used vehicle retail and wholesale operations.
