The Opportunity

Reporting to the manager, the Sr Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Treasury and associated business partners throughout the organization. The Sr Treasury Analyst is responsible for routine activities, within aligned function, using existing procedures and policy. The Analyst performs day to day structured work assignments requiring only moderate instruction and guidance from more senior level roles.

The Work Itself

  • Apply strong technical knowledge (specific responsibilities will vary depending on the aligned functions/area).
  • Net Financing revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting.
  • Capital forecasting and analysis.
  • Trade execution and settlement.
  • Cash and liquid investments portfolio management.
  • Asset and liability hedging.
  • Funding strategy and execution.
  • Economic forecasting and analysis.
  • Applies relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to business issues and day-to-day responsibilities.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years progressive experience in aligned area/functions (Structured Funding, Funding - Liquidity, Liquidity Risk, Treasury Operations, Capital and Balance Sheet Management, Capital Markets, Economics) in the financial industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred.
  • Possesses solid technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and leadership capabilities.
  • Well-developed project management, analytical and judgment skills.
  • Building ability to influence others and build consensus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Increased ability to work with limited supervision while applying previous experience to execute moderately complex tasks.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Increased technical skill using models and other forecasting tools.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Comfortable interacting with other personnel in group or support staff from other departments; may interact with other internal and external personnel (i.e., external auditors, regulators) on specific projects or routine matters, usually under supervision.
  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
