Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity

MIC manages a full range of aftermarket vehicle protection products available to consumers, including vehicle service contracts and other ancillary F&I products. The team strives to identify market needs and introduce products to address those needs while protecting the company's financial returns, as well as supporting manufacturer partners' customer retention objectives.

The Product Analyst will report to the National Product Manager, supporting the development and integration of new products sold through various dealer networks and brands. This position will provide exposure with matrix partners throughout the company, including: Sales, Actuarial, Legal / Regulatory and Project Management.

The Work Itself

  • Support market analysis and competitive review through research and collaboration with matrix partners
  • Support team in the development and introduction of value-added products
  • Support the creation of point of sale material, bulletins, newsletters or communications
  • Support/collaborate with MIC's Dealer Training Specialists for the development of training material for dealership staff, manufacturer partners, MIC Account Executives and internal staff.
  • Develop and execute tactical planning aligned to department strategy with supervision
  • Support third party relationships associated with ancillary and fee income products
  • Support corporate governance and reporting related to new product introductions
  • Assist with internet, intranet and/or other website updates or re-design initiatives, as needed
  • Grow knowledge about the industry, competition, market threats and challenges.
  • Develop expertise with existing technologies and standard.

The Skills You Bring

  • At least 3 years of automotive/retail and/or F&I experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics preferred
  • High energy, results oriented with a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
  • Fluency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook desired
  • Strong communication and presentation skills desired
  • Bilingual (English/French) written and oral skills an asset, but not mandatory
