The Opportunity
Reporting to the FTP Manager, the Sr. Treasury Analyst has end-to-end responsibility of funds transfer pricing (FTP), a specialized function of Treasury. This role works as a developing subject matter expert to execute the day-to-day operations within FTP. The role allows for decision-making ability, process ownership and operates with minimal supervision for day-to-day activities. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will have regular exposure to and collaboration with leadership.

The Work Itself
- Preparation of Month End FTP for all BUs.
- Preparation of Forecasted FTP in long-term forecasts and stress tests for all BUs.
- Development of subject matter expertise and the ability to articulate FTP changes effectively using in-depth analysis.
- Continual refinement of QRM knowledge and its application to FTP.
- Preparation of materials articulating any changes in forecast / actuals / treasury residual for leadership consumption.
- Updating and maintaining governance documentation.
- Execution and testing of new FTP methodologies, including QRM setup.
- Creating board-level presentations.
The Skills You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in aligned area/functions (Finance, Structured Funding, Liquidity Risk, Treasury Operations, Capital, Balance Sheet Management, Capital Markets, Economics, etc.) in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related discipline
- QRM, Balance Sheet Management, and/or SQL experience preferred
- Possess solid technical skills, business and industry knowledge, and developing leadership capabilities
- Well-developed project management, analytical and judgment skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and communicate effectively
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
