Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director or Manager, the Sr Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Treasury and associated business partners throughout the organization. The Treasury Senior Analyst is responsible for routine activities, within aligned function, using existing procedures and policy. The Senior Analyst performs day to day structured work assignments requiring only minimal instruction and guidance from more senior level roles.

The Work Itself

  • Process requests from Business Units to open, close or modify Correspondent Bank Acconts.
  • Create and distribute routine reporting of all Correspondent Bank Accounts.
  • Perform monthly Bank Account Fee Analysis and distribute internally.
  • Perform annual reviews with the Correspondent Banks to confirm the accuracy of Bank Account population and attributes.
  • Perform analytical reviews to ensure data integrity, record retention and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Work with Business Partners and Correspondent Banks to ensure Correspondent Bank Account accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate list of all Account Signers, Check Signers and other Transactional Signers.
  • Perform annual review of Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with Correspondent Bank Relationship meetings as needed.
  • Asset with Audits and Reviews as needed.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years experience in financial industry, Treasury experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred.
  • Possesses solid technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and leadership capabilities.
  • Well-developed project management, analytical and judgment skills.
  • Building ability to influence others and build consensus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Increased ability to work with limited supervision while applying previous experience to execute moderately complex tasks.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Increased technical skill using models and other forecasting tools.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Comfortable interacting with other personnel in group or support staff from other departments; may interact with other internal and external personnel (i.e., external auditors, regulators) on specific projects or routine matters.
  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
  • Basic PowerBI (Running Reports)

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $120000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
