Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Senior Analyst will lead various projects with fraud team impacts. You will have the opportunity to create, execute and support project plans to ensure operational and overall engagement and readiness. You will coordinate across multiple lines fraud team functions such as Investigations, Fraud Support, Fraud Early Warning, as well as support functions such as L&D, Quality, Risk Management, Compliance and Technology. Tasks will include the planning, coordination, facilitation and execution against key initiatives.

The Work Itself

  • Support and implement the strategy, mission, and vision for team.
  • Responsible for creating and contributing to the PM structure, and supporting the fraud team changes and work with fraud team function impacts.
  • Oversight of day-to-day processes including intake requests tracking and monitoring, stakeholder engagement/coordination, communication and status reporting
  • Prepare consolidated view of open projects for distribution to team members
  • Develop and assist team with comprehensive project plans through execution
  • Identify and coordinate operational readiness activities
  • Utilize Jira, MS Project, Confluence and other tools for project tracking and updates
  • Collaborate across and present to all levels of the organization
  • Responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all operational readiness tasks and deliverables are accounted for and performed within the expected project timelines.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving issues and mitigating risks; calling out issues/risks when appropriate
  • Facilitate process mapping and design for initiatives as needed
  • Employ process improvement techniques and tactics during initiatives as needed
  • Participate in project management activities, program development efforts, process enhancement initiatives, and management efforts intended to facilitate achievement of objectives.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in project planning and execution required
  • Experience in process improvement and/or design is required
  • Fraud operations experience is highly preferred
  • Jira, MS Project, and Confluence experience preferred
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally).
  • Excellent consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to support multiple assignments and collaborators, prioritize workload, and coordinate with direct reports to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to organize work and exercise effective problem solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner.

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $100000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
