The Opportunity

In this role, the Senior Analyst will work alongside the Business Optimization Manager to help deliver on optimization items as identified through a needs assessment, strategic planning or change management activities.  The team’s work will focus on delivering an optimization framework that includes an emphasis on gathering and leveraging competitive data and market intel. This role requires collaboration with teams throughout the organization and outside the Insurance organization.

 

The Work Itself

Support optimization efforts by identifying areas for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
 Deliver on items identified in the team roadmap
 Develop and implement a strategy for gathering, communicating, and leveraging competitive data across the organization
  Lead a cross functional working group to ensure delivery of competitive data strategy
 Project manage smaller optimization initiatives
Communicate status of optimization projects, including competitive analysis to leadership

    • 3+ years of Professional Experience
    • Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal & written
