The Opportunity
The Work Itself
- Partner with sales teammates and internal groups to onboard new enterprise accounts.
- Build, maintain and deepen relationships with enterprise clients with the goal to grow revenue.
- Assist with preparing account strategies, and responsible for implementing and executing on the strategies.
- Strategically support assigned accounts through inbound and outbound communications, as well as meet with in-person when necessary.
- Run, review, assist with reporting needs to provide timely information to accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell/relationship deepening opportunities.
- Proactively seek client feedback to identify data-driven trends and provide as input to appropriate Customer Experience and User Interface teammates.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or related role (in the field financing a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree strong preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated strong organization skills, attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results with speed and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, mitigate client escalations.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
