The Opportunity
This position reports to the Ally Insurance Workforce Management and Training Director. The main duties include Long-Term and Short-Term forecasting for Insurance Operations, as well as establishing and maintaining forecasting plans.

The Work Itself
- Coordinate sophisticated plans to predict important measurements for the Business and will serve as the primary contact for the Insurance Forecast routines.
- Analyze monthly results, seasonal trends, and variances; identify problems and research potential recommendations for adjustments to Forecast.
- Apply sound control processes into daily/weekly/monthly forecasting processes and efficiently identify and assess any risk with the forecast.
- Present Forecast and Business Plan to leadership in forecast review calls.
- Collaboratively work with other team members to ensure alignment on Business Forecast and Capacity Plan outputs.
- Under general direction, responsible for performing sophisticated research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager or project leader.
- Prepares quantitative and qualitative reports, which supervise information and measure results for comparison to standard metrics.
- Ability to independently run multiple tasks for multiple groups and work optimally in time sensitive situations.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- 3+ years in a Forecasting role preferably within a contact center
- Extensive experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Verint's, Workforce management suit of products is preferred
- Use your knowledge and connections in the field to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
- Contribute to projects.
- Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple initiatives.
- Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment.
