The Opportunity

Sr. Analyst - Sales Operations Analyst to analyze, maintain, and improve organizational performance. They are highly competent process managers who use a variety of skills, such as project design, leadership, and management to ensure performance and process development. They also act as process analysts, business strategists, and project supervisors.

We are searching for Sr. Analyst - Sales Operations Analyst to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our Sales and Sales operations organization. In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.

To ensure success as a  Sr. Analyst - Sales Operations Analyst you should be a skilled communicator and be adept at business analysis and project implementation. An exceptional continuous improvement analyst will understand the latest management methodologies and embody top leadership principles and styles in their management duties.

The Work Itself

  • Analyzing customer and sales and sales operations processes and procedures.
  • Developing process enhancement strategies.
  • Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
  • Establishing norms and standards of sales and sales operations performance.
  • Build testing methodologies to monitor the rollout of new products and services.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and provider satisfaction.
  • Communicating ideas and opinions to other cross-functional teams.
  • Project Managing cohorts and teams of various sizes as assigned.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting and ensure the information is readily accessible to the field sales organization via posting on the Sales Performance site and via push report methods.
  • Identify operating/performance trends and outliers via interpretation of business intelligence data and quantitative analysis.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate metrics/reporting that drive business results and adoption of best practices.
  • Interprets and translates business data and intelligence into market insights and actionable reporting.
  • Communication with all levels of sales organization to support corporate objectives and identification of market growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Enable sales teams for success through actionable recommendations and executive summaries to accompany data and analytics.
  • Support of and participation with the senior leadership team and matrix partners in revenue generation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Active role with greater sales performance team.

The Skills You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, process management, or operations 2-5 years of experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification desired
  • Kaizen, PDCA, BPR, Gap Analysis experience
  • Process mapping certification / experience
  • experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organization structures
  • A strategic and analytical mindset
  • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
  • A thorough understanding of latest process enhancement strategies
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
