The Opportunity
**Please note, this role can be filled at a 3G Sales Alliance Specialist level or a 3H Sales Alliance Associate Specialist level based on experience**
Supports field sales organization and channel strategies by developing and maintaining sales data and ensures the information is readily accessible. Constantly monitoring trends and tracking results. Elevates risk issues to management. Applies knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics). Demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to analyze quantitative information presented in a variety of formats. Position will be responsible for preparing enterprise-wide sales reporting dashboards and analyses. This position will also spend a significant amount of time participating in the development and maintenance of data interfaces between various information warehouses/reporting systems
The Work Itself
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc data and ensures the information is readily accessible to the field sales organization.
- Develop and maintain data designed to trend and track application and volume trends to ensure high risk business is identified.
- Communication with all levels of the sales organization to support business objectives.
- Identification of market growth opportuntunities and competitive landscape to enable the sales teams with actionable recommendations.
- Interpret and translate business data and intelligence into market insights and meaningful reporting.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree is required, business-related subject area preferred.
- 1 + years in financial services or analytics experience is preferred (Associate Specialist 3H).
- 2+ years in financial services or analytics experience is preferred (Specialist 3G).
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to learn new software, as needed.
- SQL or Python is a plus/preferred.
- Demonstrate a highly developed understanding of interpreting data and finding opportunities
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflow.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods.
