This job function will be performed at the auction near Belcamp, MD (Bel Air Auto Auction). Candidate must reside in the Belcamp, MD or surrounding area as required to visit local physical auction site.

As a Physical Auction Supervisor, you will spend your day guiding your team, ensuring procedures are followed and serving as a liaison between the customer, dealerships, vendors and financial institutions.

The Work Itself
The Skills You Bring
- Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
- High school or equivalent diploma required.
- 4+ years in customer service or financial services industry is required.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong decision making and demonstrated leadership ability.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Knowledge of used vehicle market and distribution systems.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Extensive experience with and understanding of Ally operations and overall branch operations.
