The Opportunity

Candidate must reside in the Greater Baltimore or surrounding areas to support the sales territory for this work from home role with local travel.
  • Responsible for developing and increasing remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory to attain local and national revenue targets. 
  • Work with the Sales Teams and help them grow their active dealer base and complement their sales efforts through equipping, training, and coaching them to attain their annual remarketing revenue targets. 
  • Attend local or national meetings and conventions, dealer and remarketing trade shows and for developing and managing special projects as requested by management.

The Work Itself

  • Increase the buying and selling of the complete suite of services to dealers, consignors, auctions, and fleet companies.
  • Train, equip, and enable the Ally Sales Teams to meet or exceed their respective revenue targets.
  • Work with the Ally Sales Teams to facilitate new dealer introductions, on-boarding, training and providing overall sales support as needed.
  • Ensure that the Ally Sales Teams are current on all promotions and incentives being offered to their dealers.
  • Assist or lead Zoom or In-Person training for dealers and Sales Teams as needed.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is preferred.
  • 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
  • Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Contribute to and manage projects.
  • Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan.
