The Opportunity

Build and maintain a Dealer Experience insights and research program from multiple sources of insight that can be leveraged by our business partners to drive road maps and set strategy.

The Work Itself

  • Orchestrate a research project that will enable the creation of experience segmentation across dealers that references the traditional business dealer segments to understand unique and common needs and determine which segments matter for what type of experiences.  
  • Create and maintain a centralized view of emerging digital competitor experiences in the auto financing space.   
  • Build a framework that collects our knowledge of current production performance for Ally dealer digital interactions.  Aggregate data from multiple sources (including usability).
  • Narrow a list of dealer journeys that warrant documentation in detail (identifying pain points and opportunities) and monitor it over time as changes go to market. 
  • Establish routines leveraging the experience program that help business partners identify new and emerging opportunities to support dealer clients, maintain and expand our business
  • You will rely on partnerships with multiple data analytics and research insight teams, but you are ultimtaely resposnible for the design and maintenance of the dealer experience program and impact
  • You will engage regularly with UX design, Digital product owners, business stakeholders 

The Skills You Bring

  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics and KPI; how to work with experts in these areas to leverage and aggregate results from various methods of research and sources of insight
  • 7+ years of experience translating insights into visual representation of a journey or experience, ideally digital and physical interactions
  • Experience building or managing CX programs
  • Gifted at understanding and articulating the big picture as well as the details behind it
  • Comfortable working inside a large matrixed organization
  • Self-directed, proactive, flexible 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently while depending on input from a large circle of people
