The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Salesforce Product team and lead the strategy for our Salesforce CRM platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across our consumer business to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value. You’ll work alongside engineering, operations, and design teams to define and deliver new capabilities for the platform. This highly collaborative position focuses on advancing our Salesforce technology strategy and empowering our service teams to achieve their goals.

The Work Itself
- Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog
- Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews
- Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team.
- Maintain product documentation.
- This individual will work closely and cross functionally with other groups and teams such as UX, Development, IT and marketing to completing assigned efforts.
- Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders
- Understand and measure product performance.
- Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience.
- Other PO related activities as required
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership required.
- 3+ years of Salesforce/CRM knowledge in defining Servicing Products on the platform required.
- Salesforce technical acumen in Service Cloud preferred.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud also preferred.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
