The Opportunity

In this role, you will use historical in-market tests, industry data, and business judgement to discover growth opportunities into new customer segments and expansions of our existing segments. This role will work closely with new customer originations marketing and credit risk teams to assess product economics, propose more optimal offers, develop business cases, and track and optimize our in-market strategies.

The Work Itself

  • Build and drive an agenda to understand and grow our business from a segment perspective
  • Synthesize insights across functions and sources of information to build informed views of segment and product economics
  • Identify gaps in our understanding and recommend tests to close them
  • Monitor and maintain latest view of new performance insights from historical testing and account performance data
  • Collaborate across teams to recommend and engage in expansions into new segments
  • Propose more optimal approaches for how we allocate offers
  • Other related tasks, projects, and analyses as needed

The Skills You Bring

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to independently drive results
  • 2+ years of rigorous analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree prefered
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple initiatives and efforts
  • Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment
  • SQL and other scripting experience preferred
