The Work Itself
- Provide end-to-end delivery management of various GenAI initiatives – facilitating, overseeing, and communicating activities across the full Ally Technology Operating Model (ATOM) lifecycle.
- Partner and orchestrate activities across cross-functional teams (e.g.; Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Security, Sustain, Transformation), proactively and independently engaging across.
- Partner with Product Owners to gather and understand requirements, translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user stories; and ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Partner with developers to refine requirements and ensure stories are well-defined with acceptance criteria and are ready for development.
- Partner with developers to manage sprint activities - removing blockers, escalating emerging risks/issues, and supporting pipeline release activities.
- Ensure knowledge management repository (Confluence) is kept up-to-date, with clear documentation around strategic initiatives and delivery related activities.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate successes.
- Ensure transparency in the team's work and progress is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Support Agile routines and ceremonies – including stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, including research and proposing ways to improve the delivery lifecycle (e.g., requirements elicitation, development, testing, release, etc.)
The Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of delivery experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience following Agile methodology including navigating Agile transformations and Agile transitions.
- Demonstrated experience with Ally's ATOM methodology or other similar methodology (such as Agile) for project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
- Curious, quick learner, team-player.
- Ability to navigate matrixed environment.
- Experience in enterprise tools (e.g., MS365, JIRA, Confluence).
