The Opportunity
Supports field sales organization and channel strategies by developing and maintaining sales data and ensures the information is readily accessible. Constantly monitoring trends and tracking results. Elevates risk issues to management. Prepare enterprise-wide sales portfolio management reporting dashboards and analyses. Participate in the development and maintenance of data interfaces between various information warehouses/reporting systems. Incumbent is in the process of developing basic skills. Almost all activities are transaction oriented (and not related to new business). A significant portion of time is spent on basic work (e.g., due diligence, document processing, financial/ statistical analysis).
The Work Itself
- Service the Sales Support group email box and phone queue to resolve daily operational needs from the sales team and other supporting groups.
- Executes dealer enrollment processes and administers incentives.
- Responsible for maintaining dealer account records and data quality reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation for product compliance and governance controls.
- Contributes to enterprise initiatives, sales projects and accuracy evaluation of processes executed within the group.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Department hours of operation are from 8am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.
The Skills You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred.
- 1+ years experience in financial services or services industry preferred.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License a plus.
- Strong communication (active listening, follow-up, written skills) with problem solving, critical thinking, and organizations skills.
- Candidate must be eager to learn new processes and systems and remain comfortable in a fast changing environment.
- Ideal candidate would also demonstrate ability to recommend process and procedure improvements to increase effectiveness.
- Ability to self-audit and check work resulting in strong data integrity.
