The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and experience, with a background in technology, business analytics and intelligence, and strong logic and problem solving. This manager's responsibility is centered on growing Analytics capabilities and emerging technologies.

The Work Itself

  • Manager function responsible for leading the creation of new analysis to progress the business.
  • Heavier emphasis on business partnering and subject matter expertise in not only data but how the business operates.
  • Strong working knowledge of data storing and processing large data sets.
  • Strong leadership in the data governance space.
  • Ensure a consistent approach and process is utilized across the company for disaster recovery, capacity monitoring, and data backup.
  • Assist in the creation of synergies between department on data infrastructure and management as to mitigate risks in an environment where data volumes and regulatory scrutiny continue to grow.

The Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of analytics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information/Computer Science or similar background preferred.
  • Experience with logistic regression, decision trees, survival analysis, mathematical program is a plus.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong application knowledge of SAS.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Oracle SQL, Python, R (Preferred), Cognos, Power BI, and other reporting - analysis tools
  • Preferred experience – Gitlab, DBT, JIRA, QLIK, AWS, MFT
  • Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple initiatives and efforts.
  • Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment.
  • Ability to identify, map, ingest, transform, and deploy new data patterns in Nucleus for Analytic consumption.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets. #li-hybrid
