The Opportunity

This role is responsible for accurate and timely handling of all personal Trust & other fiduciary account applications, conversions, maintenance, and closure requests.  Candidate will have direct customer contact and must be able to deliver superior customer service.

The Work Itself

  • Responsible for accurate and timely handling of all Trust applications, conversions, maintenance and closure requests.   
  • Responsible for accurate and timely handling of all Fiduciary account (guardianship, conservatorship, custodial, estate) applications,
  • maintenance and closure requests.               
  • Interact with the Customer Contact Center, Ally Bank customers, as well as non-customers    
  • Interact with Loss Prevention Team on suspicious transactions
  • Interact with various departments within operations to remediate customer issues and discover solutions for case resolution.
  • Recommend procedure/policy changes needed to avoid risk to the bank and improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure Ally Bank complies with applicable regulations and statutes
  • Strong knowledge of Ally Bank’s products and services, with particular emphasis on trust and fiduciary accounts.
  • Provide support to other Deposit Operations teams as needed
  • Hours:  Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm CT

The Skills You Bring

  •       Minimum of 1 year in retail banking or equivalent experience required 
  •       Trust account experience preferred. 
  •       Retail branch banking experience welcome
