The Opportunity
Primarily responsible for the execution and completion of all assigned field audits fulfilling company compliance and risk guidelines. Position requires on-site physical inventory of all floor planned vehicles including investigation of unaccounted inventory. Requires heavy contact with dealership personnel as well as business center management. Heavy travel with some overnight stays.
The Work Itself
- Field investigations requiring review of dealership files and records.
- Physical audits including looking up VINs (vehicle identification numbers) and comparing to internal Ally records.
- Communication with dealership personnel to resolve audit issues.
- Day-to-day travel time to go to and from dealership locations.
- Required administrative responsibilities including supervisory release, time tracking, expense reporting, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Bring
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
- Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
- Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
- Must have an active driver's license and the ability to travel 100%.
