The Work Itself
- Manage the end to end sales funnel performance management across all deposit products
- Define current state across the sales funnel and, working with key stakeholders, defining target state objectives using internal and external benchmarking and data
- Partner across finance, marketing, product teams, and digital to define opportunities to meet target objectives across all parts of sales and onboarding
- Responsible for defining and establishing routines across stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and business outcomes
- Leads performance reporting across end to end sales funnel
- Assesses trends, opportunities and risks, and developing forward looking outlook
- Ensures key partners have a clear understanding of business objectives and economics of digital sales initiatives
- Partners with marketing and digital to understand, monitor, and measure impact of marketing and engagement strategies on customer growth, retention, and engagement
The Skills You Bring
- 7 years combined experience across consumer banking product management, financial management, and/or digital sales processes required
- Previous experience with consumer deposits product management, including checking and savings, preferred
- Depth of knowledge in consumer behavior, digital trends, including key customer and competitor dynamics
- Highly innovative with demonstrable success in business development and growth
- Strategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Quantitative analytical skills to drive performance measurement and analysis
- Able to manage internal and external partners, addressing priorities and requirements of various stakeholders
- An effective communicator, at all levels and with all stakeholders
