The Work Itself
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Chain technology platforms aligned to business objectives and success metrics.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of engineers and platform specialists, establishing strong engineering standards, delivery discipline, and a culture of ownership. Lead architecture and design for supply chain systems in a secure, cloud first environment.
- Drive digital, AI, and automation initiatives, including Generative AI, analytics, RPA, and low code solutions.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and right-hand partner to Product, Data, and Lines of Business, driving innovative solutions through Generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain Technology Product Owners to operationalize strategy, scale delivery, and ensure day-to-day technology execution aligns with long-term transformation objectives
- Oversee delivery of complex programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Build, lead, and develop high performing technology teams.
- Continuously optimize the supply chain technology stack in partnership with Product and business teams.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Continuously evolve the transformation strategy to ensure the organization remains competitive, compliant, and future ready.
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field(s) of study or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 7+years of experience in Supply Chain technology transformation.
- Proven leadership experience designing and managing Supply Chain technology architecture for large, complex, and regulated enterprises (preferably financial services).
- Implementation experience on Coupa/Source-to-Pay modules, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM); experience with Workday HCM/ERP integration strongly preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge across Accounts Payable/P2P, vendor risk management, integrations, and related Coupa modules.
- Ability to build and develop API integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, outcome driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
