The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills, experience working with large data sets, and ability to support large-scale projects across the enterprise; leverage curiosity to transform data into actionable items and prudent go-to-market offerings.

The Work Itself

 

·    Analyze the expense and profitability impact of strategic requests from sales leadership to drive customer engagement

·    Utilize SAS and/or SQL to query data and report summarized findings to leadership to support ad hoc requests

·    Build and foster relationships with the sales staff and key leadership within each region

·    Develop and maintain operational and financial analytics and reporting

·    Construct and deliver effective (clear and concise) presentations to peers, team members, and business line leadership

·    Analyze ad hoc pricing strategies and promotions

 

 

The Skills You Bring

·    2-3+ years of experience preferred

·    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar background preferred

·    Proficiency in SAS and/or SQL

·    Self-starter – ability to initiate and manage large scale projects

·    Ability to work across cultures and functions

·    Strong written and oral communication skills.

·    Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

·    Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

·    Automotive financial services experience is preferred
