The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate analytics professional with great communication skills for our Consumer Auto Finance Pricing Team.  This person will leverage traditional analytics techniques and problem solving to generate business-relevant insights using data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements.   They will serve as an advisor and act as a primary source of insights for operational teams.  They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability. The Work Itself

In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by:

  • Independently interfacing with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate analysis in support of business objectives and targets
  • Performing diagnostic analysis to identify drivers of business KPI performance
  • Maintaining code and control processes to ensure accuracy of the data
  • Evaluating and determine course of action and communicating decisions for more complex business analytics/questions
  • Prepare and leverage reporting for monitoring of business risks
  • Maintaining and adhering to established governance frameworks, escalate exceptions as they occur and develop solutions
  • Engage in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Banking, financial services, and/or analytic experience preferred 
  • Demonstrated Ability in:
  • Independent Thought/Work
  • Advanced Business and Financial Acumen
  • Basic technical aptitude, can run and maintain code
  • Intermediate excel and/or analysis software skills
  • Working in cross functional teams
  • Considered and expert in area of responsibility 
  • Prioritizes day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects while communicating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Crafts engaging data-driven business insights to influence decision-makers
  • Tailors messaging for different audiences
