The Opportunity

Manage Consumer Credit related standards and procedures, support multiple operational processes, and provide support for operational teams and supporting stakeholders on projects.

The Work Itself

·         Maintain/develop documentation that supports the Consumer Auto Originations channels

·         Work with various operational teams and supporting stakeholders to author and communicate changes in consumer governance documentation and related materials

·         Manage and/or support the change management program

·         Provide operational support and interpretation of documentation supporting the operational teams

·         Conduct annual reviews of supporting documentation

·         Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements and efficiencies

·         Support Enterprise and Line of Business projects that affect the Consumer Auto channel

·         Complete special assignments as requested

The Skills You Bring

·       HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate/Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.

·        4 + years in financial services or similar industry is needed; education may be used as a proxy for experience.

·         Perform technical tasks required to support ongoing business operations.

·         Ability to perform technical based activities.

·         Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.

·         Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
