Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Dealer Incentive Analyst position provides operational support to incentives, reporting and incentive analytics for the U.S. Insurance F&I Sales team, executive leadership and dealerships participating in programs. This position is responsible for incentive administration, payment controls, developing incentive reporting and performance analytics. This role involves collaboration with matrix partners to create effective dealer incentives and introduce operational efficiencies to programs. The ideal candidate will have proficient analytical skills, an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity, strong problem solving, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.

Role based in Detroit office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

The Work Itself

  • Service the sales organization with dealer incentives to support corporate objectives
  • Develop and maintain data analytics designed to assure robust incentive payment controls, assess trends, program performance and quality assurance
  • Completes incentive administration, scheduled deliverables, budgets and forecast
  • Participates in special projects, including building out incentive reporting, both ongoing and ad hoc, using a variety of analytical tools
  • Drive process improvements and strive to eliminate risk of error to manual processes through automation and analytical techniques
  • Provides technical and analytical support to team members

The Skills You Bring

  • 1 year of reporting and analytics experience required, 2 + years reporting and analytics experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; major in an analytical field such as business analytics, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI or similar tools required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from data that can support strategic decision making
  • Proven experience with contributing and leading projects
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge/experience in financial services and the automotive industry preferred

Base Pay Range: $65000 - $115000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
