The Opportunity
The Work Itself
- Build and manage data infrastructure to support comprehensive financial planning and analysis for enterprise operating expenses, including enterprise headcount and all operating expense drivers
- Extract large amounts of data from systems/source, manage (manipulate, store, distill) the data, and producing informative data analytics for leadership
- Design and build dashboards in Power BI for executive presentation and decision making
- Strong collaboration within FP&A, IT and other support functions to deliver on CFO objectives, including CFO’s multi year finance transformation efforts
- Solicit, manage and deliver on data analytics and reporting requirements for various stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Lead ad hoc analytical projects as required
- Manage personnel, delegate tasks, work effectively in a cross-functional team
The Skills You Bring
- BS/BBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, MIS or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management
- 3+ years of experience in visual analytics tools, PowerBI preferred
- 3+ years of programing experience in SQL, SAS or Python; ability to write scripts to build data tables and produce reports
- Experience with process optimization and reporting automation required
- Executive level reporting and communication; ability to display large amounts of quantitative data in a simple, intuitive, and concise manner
- Proven experience and working knowledge in extracting large amounts of data from source, managing the data, and producing informative data analytics for leadership
- System experience with Hyperion, SAP, OneStream preferred
- Experience with financial planning, workforce planning, compensation planning, or other related human resource field preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to operate in ambiguity
