The Opportunity

This position is responsible for being the internal face of Clearlane Pass in support of field sales and underwriting teams.  Developing and leading national sales campaigns for driving volume, engagement, and/or change initiatives.  Interfacing directly with Clearlane Pass lenders to create strong, productive, mutually beneficial relationships for Ally and the lenders.  Analyze program results, identifying opportunities and design new reporting for Management, Field Sales, and Lenders. 

The Work Itself

  • Perform analytics and managing projects with internal matrix partners that support the growth and success of Clearlane Pass. 
  • Working closely with DOSs to gather feedback and gain buy-in on program direction and at times the RVPs to share program results and future strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintains strong working relationships with field sales and senior leaders. 
  • Provide ongoing training and support with the Account Executive Team specific to Dealers; maintain detailed knowledge of all Lender programs and processes.
  • Identify issues and areas to improve process, develop solutions, and manage implementation with project and field sales personnel.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of program related to dealers sales activity.

·       Best Practices – Help to improve processes and policies in support of departmental and organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.


The Skills You Bring

·      Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

·       5+ years of banking or lending dealer sales or customer service experience.

·       At least 2+ years leadership experience preferred.

·       Excel and data analytics proficiency. 

·       Auto or Consumer Finance Industry relevant production experience required.

·       Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations/sales management required.

·       Demonstrated ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas expertise and responsibility.

·       Leverage technical expertise and sales relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.

·       Strong direct selling skills.

·       Highly motivated leader, with strong organization skills able to effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently and thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

·       Demonstrated leadership with the ability to set clear direction and motivate a team

·       Superior communication skills, including proven success delivering presentations to senior leaders and various sized groups; strong written communication skills

·       Strong project management skills

·       Solid understanding of auto finance industry, distribution channels and products.

·       Some travel required.
