The Opportunity
The Senior Compliance Analyst will support the maintenance and continued maturation of an effective Privacy Compliance Program framework that includes reporting and analysis, review and feedback on policies and developing procedures, the potential to lead small projects, and additional responsibilities as assigned to support the compliance program.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and has the ability to convey data in a digestible way for business leaders within the Technology, Digital & Marketing organizations, and across other functions. Work may involve analysis of complex problems and evaluations to determine appropriate solution(s) to support the enterprise in addressing and mitigating privacy compliance risks.

The Work Itself
- Manage the continued enhancement of the Privacy control framework, taking into consideration recent AI & State Level Privacy law requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of team, and other technology related Policy, Standards, or Procedures with privacy related Impacts.
- Build out the reporting framework in support of evolving AI, AdTech, and Privacy-by-Design Governance routines.
- Assist in preparation of Compliance governance and Senior Leadership related reports.
- Support timely responses to regulatory exams and internal audits, by assisting with the collection of materials and tracking/reporting as needed.
- Support Privacy initiatives, facilitating where possible, to further the Programs ability to provide Enterprise support on the management of privacy compliance risks.
- Provide reporting for issues with Privacy impacts related to technology, Marketing, Digital, and business lines to PCO leadership.
- Develop and maintain automated tools that will drive the efficient monitoring of trends related to privacy risks.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelors' degree in business or related major or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of Privacy, Compliance, Technology, or Risk Management experience; financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of common Privacy, information security, and technology concepts and risks such as NIST and FFIEC.
- Experience with Privacy and/or IT governed documents such as Policies, Standards, and Baselines
- Experience in the finance / banking industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consultative skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with working partners across the organization.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to create organized and articulate reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and understand data trends and stories.
- Ability to adapt to change and operate within ambiguous regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively on project teams
- Strong proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- This position reports to the office three (3) times a week
