The Work Itself
- Perform reviews and approvals of communications with the public advertising and digital assets.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital UX, social media and other teams to ensure all communications are compliant for regulatory content standards.
- Actively participate and engage with the business line stakeholders for new initiatives.
- Assist with the daily review of sensitive complaint cases.
- Support the business line with recurring meetings and continuous contact.
- Perform important quarterly reviews as needed by the department.
- Monitor and review social media content for regulatory and internal policies.
- Assist in regulatory change management.
- Ensure inventory of desktop procedures are maintained and any new procedures are captured and documented.
- Coordinate the involvement of Ally stakeholders as necessary.
- Oversee and organize the delivery of the Annual Disclosure Notice.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years in compliance or industry related experience
- FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 24 is required to be considered.
- Series 4 is preferred (must be willing to sit for license if not already obtained).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset in problem identification and solution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Optimistic, embraces possibilities, supportive and motivating, recognizes change as creating opportunities.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
