Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

This role requires a hybrid schedule, three times a week in office. 
The Invest Communications with the Public Compliance Sr Analyst is an integral part of the Ally Invest business line compliance team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for assisting with review and approvals for all communications to the public. The Invest Compliance Sr Analyst will also assist in reviewing of sensitive complaints, social media content, and new product oversight. This role requires excellent skills in compliance oversight, attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked securities market environment.

The Work Itself

  • Perform reviews and approvals of communications with the public advertising and digital assets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital UX, social media and other teams to ensure all communications are compliant for regulatory content standards.
  • Actively participate and engage with the business line stakeholders for new initiatives.
  • Assist with the daily review of sensitive complaint cases.
  • Support the business line with recurring meetings and continuous contact.
  • Perform important quarterly reviews as needed by the department.
  • Monitor and review social media content for regulatory and internal policies.
  • Assist in regulatory change management.
  • Ensure inventory of desktop procedures are maintained and any new procedures are captured and documented.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Ally stakeholders as necessary.
  • Oversee and organize the delivery of the Annual Disclosure Notice.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in compliance or industry related experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 24 is required to be considered.
  • Series 4 is preferred (must be willing to sit for license if not already obtained).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset in problem identification and solution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Optimistic, embraces possibilities, supportive and motivating, recognizes change as creating opportunities.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $120000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
