The Skills You Bring
- 7-10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, IT Risk Management, or Information Security; value technology delivery experience.
- Guide the vision, strategy, and execution of activities.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated effective project/program management skills and the ability to lead / manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Monitor progress of initiative milestones and tasks.
- Actively delegate and manage tasks and interdependencies across the program.
- Follow up on open pending tasks that impact timely completion of supported initiatives.
- Proactively identify, communicate, assist in resolution of risks, roadblocks, gaps, or departures from the remediation plans & schedule committed to the Regulators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners (e.g., IRM, Audit, and Compliance) to identify, communicate and manage risks.
- Recommend decisions based on leadership requests and guidance.
- Ensure stakeholders provide routine updates, documentation, and evidence in support of initiative milestones.
- Assist with obtaining, reviewing, and managing deliverables and evidence of milestone completion.
- Create, manage, and distribute deliverables, meeting materials (e.g., agendas and minutes).
- Assist as required in preparing agendas and presentations for initiative team members and executive leadership; take leadership role in. communication of presentation materials.
- Participate, lead and support various meetings, routines and forums, as needed.
- Review program templates and documentation prior to socialization with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance and information security-related standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Appropriate professional affiliations/certifications (CC, PMP, CSM)
- Experience with various project management tool including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
