The Opportunity

The Auto Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Regional and Integrated Auto teams. Programs range from sales contests, tradeshows, conferences, line of business marketing support and direct mail/email campaigns. Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Work Itself

  • Work closely with the internal team to support larger program initiatives such as NADA, TIME Dealer of the Year and a variety of regional activations. 
  • Support process-oriented work including Campaign Tracker, Concur, IPSRA, MES, etc.
  • Work with analytics or agency teams to monitor performance of regional marketing programs and assist with metrics report.
  • Ensure that deliverables are created and delivered on time in support of programs
  • Coordinate with key internal support teams (i.e. Communications, CRM/Social, Finance and Integrated Channels & Experience) to support programs.
  • Liaison with advertising/event agencies, media partners, merchandise and print vendors.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Utilize proper approval process with the business, marketing leadership, legal and compliance.
  • Facilitate and track payment to third party vendors.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related business field
  • 0-3 years of experience in advertising or marketing role
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and/or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Some experience in event coordination and activation
  • Agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for project execution
  • Self-directed and has initiative
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
