Actual Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Product & Strat
The Product Manager- Data & Analytics, will bridge product strategy with data-informed decision-making, identifying problems our platform needs to solve and partnering with technology teams to build effective solutions. This role leverages data to drive product decisions and measure outcomes—and owns the strategy for features that deliver measurable impact to our products and reporting capabilities
This role plays a critical role in supporting product strategy, evaluating new initiatives, and ensuring data-driven execution across the product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through launch and post-release optimization. Additionally, this role supports enterprise-level data initiatives, including large-scale platform migrations and AI driven model integration.
The Work Itself
- Partner closely with Product Managers and development teams to provide analytical insights that inform scope, prioritization, and release planning
- Support enterprise-wide platform for data migration initiative by analyzing legacy system data, mapping source-to-target fields, and validating transformation logic
- Partner with Data Science team and assist in integrating AI-driven insights into product features and operational workflows
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to define data requirements, business rules, and data quality standards
- Support agile product development processes by delivering data insights for sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective
- Identify data quality gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and data governance
- Provide ad hoc and recurring reporting to support business and strategic initiatives
- Responsible for the delivery of the product's critical initiatives from idea intake through deployment and release to the market
- Facilitate the Go to Market activities for new products or services
- Plan and communicate product roadmap priorities and strategy to key team members
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related quantitative field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with agile product development environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
- Automotive or vehicle remarketing analytics experience is a plus
