The Opportunity

The Account Lead- Enterprise and Inside is responsible for supporting the Sr Account Leads and Manager - Lending in the onboarding and managing the ongoing relationship of enterprise accounts.

The Work Itself

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teammates and internal groups to onboard new enterprise accounts.
  • Help maintain relationships with current enterprise clients by supporting individual their offices.
  • Help increase loan volume at the individual office level.
  • Support assigned accounts through inbound and outbound communications.
  • Assist with reporting needs to provide timely information to clients and Account Managers.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell/relationship deepening opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or related role (in the field financing a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong organization skills, attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results with speed and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, mitigate client escalations.
